Crest Theatre tickets & upcoming events

If you’re into historic venues that pack a punch with personality, the Crest Theatre in Sacramento is where you wanna be. Built back in 1937, this place oozes old-school charm with its lavish Art Deco design, think ornate gold accents and vintage chandeliers, yet it’s got a surprisingly modern vibe. It’s not just about looks either; the Crest hosts a wild mix of events, everything from indie concerts and comedy shows to film screenings and cultural festivals. One moment you could be catching a jazz band in a cozy corner, and the next, a big-name artist taking the stage. And trust me, the atmosphere is electric, especially when you're sitting in those plush seats feeling the energy up close. They also do some cool collaborations, like working with local influencers or hosting community art nights, making it feel like a neighborhood gem. Getting there is a breeze too, if you’re near the Sacramento Zoo or the fairgrounds, just hop on the light-rail to downtown. Oh, and don’t forget to grab some memorabilia or limited-edition swag, they often sell cool shirts and posters that make perfect souvenirs. Whether you're a seasoned concertgoer or just looking for a fun night out, the Crest Theatre keeps things lively and memorable. Seriously, once you step inside, it’s hard not to fall in love with this historic Sacramento spot.
